philadelphia — douglass senior kollin smith visualized the moment and then replayed it again and again in his head.  competing in his first penn relays, smith had plenty of time to get ready for saturday’s boys’ long jump championship after traveling up with the oxon hill team wednesday. “this whole week, i’ve just been pumping up, sitting around and getting those mental reps,” smith said. “i just woke up this morning, i was like, ‘i’m feeling good. i really think i’m going to do something today.’ ” on his first attempt in the championship final, smith unleashed the energy he had been storing over the previous three days and launched himself 23 feet 11 inches, a personal best, to land a bronze medal while finishing second among u.s. competitors. smith said some of that energy came from the crowd of 47,420 spectators as he asked them to clap with him from the runway. some of it came from cheering on oxon hill’s anthony wimbish, aaron robinson, randy serville and gary ross as they clocked a maryland state record 7:40.35 in the 4x800 qualifier friday.  “watching them run, that just kind of gave me fuel,” smith said. “they gave off great energy......
